Ticket amount refund issue

I booked a bus ticket smart express online for travel dated 05-06-2026 from departure city sukkur to destination city Islamabad, unfortunately bus departed at early morning and that was not mentioning on ticket, so it is requested that investigate this matter and refund my amount as soon as possible
