Dear Telenor Customer Service,

Assalamualaikum,

I have been a regular user of your network, but unfortunately, the quality of service has become extremely poor in recent days. The internet doesn’t work properly, and it is almost impossible to make or receive calls due to weak or no signals.

This issue is seriously affecting my daily life and causing mental stress. We regularly pay for packages, but instead of reliable service, we are only facing inconvenience.

I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently. If the issue is not resolved soon, I will be left with no choice but to switch to another network.
