Taking money from my account

Jazzcash by mistakenly send money 5000 to my account without my knowledge, and take same money 5000 from my account without intimation me. Then they take 445 rupees from my account as a penalty, in this whole process I have nothing to do there is no my fault, so why they are taking money from my account as a penal.
