Sent a used extra large hoody instead of order

My mother ordered a set of dresses from Miriem website for her grand daughter.

Although she is well educated but she wasn't aware of such scams. And unfortunately didn't check that there are almost no contact details no return policy.
Look at what my mother ordered and what is delivered.
It's a scam and the thing they delivered is also used smelly.
Although it was just 1300 rupees. Still I am shocked to see that even in Ramazan people are doing these kind of scams
This post is to just to aware others so no one else falls for their scams.
If someone can guide how to get back at them, I shall be grateful.
