Scam by Telemart

I order Sony Sony WF-1000XM5 on 7th October. I paid PKR 58,248 using Bank Transfer. Telemart Support team contacted me very next day for payment verification to which I responded with payment screenshot. Since then Telemart team went unresponsive. They stopped responding to my messages I opened support tickets they closed without a response and did not deliver the product. Today they cancelled my order without a refund and stated that "Customer not interested". Telemart is a total scam company. I dont know how they are still operating when there are so many complaints against them.

I have initiated a Fraud Complaint with my Bank and lets see if they can get my money back or not.
