on dated 03 jun 2025 I pay a online payment of 50 thousands from my easyPisa account payment successfully transfer from my easyPisa account receiving party says your payment failed from our side I contact to easyPisa he saying Ecom Planet Private Limited ask your payment reverse in your account but no any money receive in my account I contact again many times to easyPisa service easyPisa asking contect to ECOM Planet Private Limited I try contact to ECOM Planet Private Limited but this company no any answer about this amount today I went easyPisa regional office I show my easyPisa account history & asking for show me any proof of reverse this amount reasyPisa confirm that This payment not reverse in my account reverse my money
