I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent purchase of a Dura-Foam Spine Plus Mattress, Size: 78x72x6 (6 1/2x6x6), from your company. On June 29, 2021, I bought this mattress from your store with the Dealer Code 4087, Royal Foam Center, with the expectation of receiving a high-quality product. Unfortunately, upon using the product, I discovered that it was defective.
