Registration issue with jazz cash app

Dear JazzCash Support Team,
I am writing to express my frustration regarding the registration process of the JazzCash app. I have been attempting to register for the app for the past few days, but I have encountered numerous difficulties and roadblocks.
Firstly, the app's registration process is far from user-friendly. The steps are unclear, and the app often freezes or crashes during the registration process, leading to significant delays and frustration on my part.
Furthermore, despite providing all the necessary information and following the instructions meticulously, I have not been able to successfully complete the registration.
