REFUND ISSUE

My refund status was showing Refunded and it was mentioned I will receive my refund in 14 days but I did not receive any ,rather they said to contact restaurant instead . I had paid online and then foodpanda cancelled my order and emailed me that I will not be charged. I WASTED MY MONEY AND TIME. I contacted help centre again and again but no response. I hope no one trusts foodpanda again. Especially for online payments. I DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE A PENNY . They emailed me that I will receive full refund.
