Refund Issue

I ordered at 12:05 Am but I did, not receive any confirmation call or sms from the restaurant then I contact chat support When the time is or order delivery I up, they said the restaurant will deliver in 10 min I wait almost 30 min ordered was, not delivered the I again contact chat support they said call KFC I called KFC they said we did, not receive any order on food panda with your number registered on food panda App. I was very disappointed and said kindly cancel my order when I canceled, I receive sms two SMS from the restaurant your order are received and then the order is canceled. This was done due to a glitch in the food panda App now they are refunding my money. I Contact Food Panda Customer Support Again but they not Refund.
