Refund defective item

Respected Sir/Madam,I lodged a complaint regarding a defective printer (PKR 102,000). The printer was received on 10 Mar 2026 and when checked the same night, it was faulty and not printing. I returned it the very next day (11 Mar) with complete picture/video evidence.
Despite returning within one day (under 14-day policy), Daraz rejected my refund and even released payment to the seller while my complaint was still in process. Daraz DC rejected my refund while i provided all type of evidence pic / video twice .
This reflects misrepresentation, policy violation, and unfair handling. I demand an immediate refund, explanation, and action against the seller.
If not resolved within 48 hours, I will escalate to consumer courts.
