Recharge Issue

I have made a transaction of 100,000 from my Jazzcash account under transaction ID 088658059775. But I have not received the amount in my game account. Upon confirmation from game support they transaction has been failed. I have also made a complain to Jazzcash but they are saying transaction is successful and payment is posted to Merchant account ID 03326611221. I have also attached the screeshots for your reference. Please see and resolve this matter as soon as posible return the amount to my jazzcash or my game account.
