received wrong order

On 23rd April i have ordered one Grilled Chicken Sandwich worth of 690 due to friend arrival, when ordered received box was closed via tape and took without checking that because seems authentic. When i opened the box to serve my friend, surprisingly it wasn't Grilled Chicken Sandwich, it was just a Club Sandwich with chicken (only with egg and chicken spread).

Immediately, i complained to foodpanda with pictures firstly they refused to process the case and after few minutes they agree to process the refund in 24 hours but now more than 50+ hours still no clue of refund and case is already closed by them.
