Product smart watch Laxas company Need Refund or Replace Faulty

Hi PriceOye support team,
We have place order two days back Order no Order ID: 1374384 PriceOye Ultra Smart Watch Laxas With 7 Straps(https://priceoye.pk/smart-watches/assorted/ultra-smart-watch-7-in-1) . But Smart watch has different faults mentioned below.
Battery timing issue gave only 3 Hours on Normal use and 10 to 11 hours on Standby after fully charged Pictures are attached with 100% and 0% battery with time. where as https://priceoye.pk/smart-watches/assorted/ultra-smart-watch-7-in-1 product claiming its upto 72 to 120 hours battery time.
Dust particles within Touch screen for evidence Picture attached.

Kindly we need a refund of exchange with Good item which have good battery health
