Pending Refund Not Credited Request to Trace Daraz Refund

I filed a complaint with HBL under ID: E2711254813 on 27 Nov 2025 regarding a refund from Daraz.pk that has still not been credited to my HBL card.
Daraz confirmed the refund but refused to send written proof via email and only dictated the TID verbally, which I recorded as evidence (attached).
It has been almost a month, and the refund has still not appeared in my account.
I request HBL to urgently trace the refund using the TID and provide the ARN number or confirm if the refund was rejected or is pending.
This delay is causing serious inconvenience.
