Payoneer Payment not received in my Jazzcash Account

On October 13, 2023, at 12:06 AM, I sent $93.11 through Payoneer, but they deducted a fee of $1.86. So, after the deduction, the amount I actually transferred was $91.25. This money was supposed to be converted into Pakistani Rupees at an exchange rate of 278.17, resulting in a total of Rs. 25,383.06. Unfortunately, the transfer didn't go through to my Jazzcash account. Instead, it showed a "Failed" status for the transaction. I made a complaint, number 0183001, to Jazzcash on Oct 26, 2023, at 10:20 p.m. I spoke with Mr. Haris from the helpline, and he assured me that my issue would be fixed within 48 hours. Unfortunately, even after the promised time, my problem remains unresolved. Please resolve my complaint on a urgent basis. 03006405433
