Subject: Fraud Call – Lost Rs. 3000 from My JazzCash Account



Dear JazzCash Team,



I received a call from an unknown number. The person said he was calling from JazzCash and told me that my account was not verified. He also said that Rs. 3000 from my account had been cut.



Then he told me that he will guide me on how to recover the money. He gave me some steps, and one of the steps asked me to enter my MPIN.



After I followed his instructions and entered the MPIN, Rs. 3000 was really deducted from my account.



Please help me with this issue and take action against the number. Also, kindly make sure my account is safe now.
