Pathetic customer service

Hi , I placed an order #HOC-78907 and also paid online worth 19750 PKR on Thursday13,March. Still no response, no update regarding my parcel. Where is it??when it will be delivered???no news....really pathetic customer care service .I sent an email and tried to contact you through helpline but no response.
