Pathetic Brand and Stupid Staff

I brought a pair from Ndure Dubai Chowk Bahawalpur Branch on 21/04/2026 on full price Next day I realised that shoe was defective, discolored and falling apart At seams. On 23/4/2026 I visited the branch to return it. The guy on counter gave pathetic excuses and asked to come again. Even though they acknowledged it was their fault and refused to change the shoes.
