**Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Misleading Service**

I placed an order on **12th June** through Asim Jofa's online store. At the time of inquiry about the delay, I was assured that delivery would take **6 working days**. However, even after **10+ working days** and several follow-ups, there was no update on my order.

When I finally asked them to cancel, I started receiving frequent calls with excuses like *“we took more orders than we had stock.”* Shockingly, they continued to accept orders for the **same out-of-stock article** even after this.

Now it's been **almost a month**, and I still haven’t received any update regarding my **refund**. Every time I reach out, I get the same vague response: *“We will update you soon,”*
