On June 10th, my parcel was mistakenly delivered to the wrong recipient. Despite filing a complaint and contacting your helpline with the Complaint ID: 734747, it has been over 72 hours, and I have not received my parcel. The lack of cooperation, inability to provide a clear resolution timeline, and the absence of communication from your local office have left me feeling let down. I request prompt action to address this matter and ensure a satisfactory resolution. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Neither I was contacted by your local office, nor the parcel was delivered to my address. I had to collect it from the office, where your employee was extremely unprofessional and was not even affraid of any complaint.
