I am 54 years old and rely on foodpanda to order my medications, yet for the past four days, I have been unable to place any orders after adding funds to my Pandapay account. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support through the app, email, and phone, I have received no real assistance—just automated responses that don’t resolve anything. This is completely unacceptable behavior. My money is stuck in their system, and I am being denied access to essential medication. I need this issue resolved immediately, as it is affecting my health and well-being.
