over charging

I purchased a weekly bundle package which cost 460.00 rupees. But when i purchased they charge 500.00 Rupees from my jazz cash account. I want my 40.00 rupees back from these cheaters. My jazz cash account is 03218109939. I attached TID reference with this mail. Thanks
