Order scam

I ordered two goods worth 10103 and the seller delivered empty boxes with nothing inside. On daraz app, the order says it's not delivered yet meanwhile when I tried reaching out to the seller, they do not exist anymore. How can a customer deal with situation like this? I have been buying from daraz for a long time and I feel so embarrassed because it was a gift.
