Order Not Received and No Response from Customer Service

I ordered an Airbud 550 from Audionic - The Sound Master (https://audionic.co/) website 𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚y 24𝐭𝐡, 2023, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 (Rs.4,199). I received a confirmation email, but the next day i received a call from their office that my order (Airbuds 550) is out of stock the order was placed due to website error. He suggests me to buy another product and i choose Crystel Airbuds 575. 𝐢𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 3 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬, and I still haven't received any confirmation of my order. I've tried calling their customer service line and they say our team will call you back but 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧'𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞.
As a customer, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and service.
