Order not received and no response from customer service

I ordered an Airbud 550 from Audionic - The Sound Master (https://audionic.co/) website 𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 29𝐭𝐡, 2023, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞. I received a confirmation email and a tracking number, but 𝐢𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 12 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬, and I still haven't received my order. I've tried calling their customer service line and reaching out to them through Facebook and Instagram chats, but 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧'𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞.
As a customer, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and service.
