Sir hmne kal order kiya tah foodpanda se al kamal fast food se to jo item hmne select kiye thy wo item un k pas avalible nai thy to unho ne automatically hmry item change kr diye or wo order bhej rhy ty email kiya unho ne hme to hmne unke email pr reply kiya or kaha ke he hme order nai chahiye jo order hmne kia wohi chahiye otherwise ye ni chaiye hme cancel kre to unho ne order cancel kr diya or payment refund b nai di keh ry he k non refundable he payment jab ke hmne order sirf islie cncel krwaya tah ke hme change items ni chahiye thy so sir plz response on my email and plz resolve my issue

Foodpanda ka rule hai - Agar restaurant item change kare to full refund banta hai. 2. Agar chat se na de to Email karo: [email protected] pe ye bhejo aur apna screenshot attach karo jo aap ne complaint pe lagaya hai: Subject: Refund for forced item substitution - Order ID [ID] Restaurant changed my order without consent. I requested original items or cancellation. You cancelled and denied refund. This violates consumer rights. Refund my payment immediately. 3. Is complaint pe Order ID likho: Aap ne Order ID hide kiya hai screenshot me - Yahan comment me Order ID aur Date likh do - Foodpanda ki team khud aayegi.
