not dilevered due to Hold money in easypaisa account

As soon as I tried to do a transaction from easypaisa to NATIONAL Bank of Pakistan account no. 01004180477001, but amount 14260 went on hold. yet it is on hold. please retrun it into my account in easypaisa 03013591592
