"Complaint Regarding Delayed Treatment at Indus Hospital, Muzaffargarh
I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the delayed treatment I have been receiving at Indus Hospital, Muzaffargarh. Despite visiting the hospital for the first time on August 7, 2023, I have not received any meaningful treatment for my condition.
Over the past 1.4 years, I have been given repeated appointments, but no tangible progress has been made. As a result, I have incurred significant expenses, totaling around 60,000 rupees, on traveling and hospital fees.
As a laborer, I am struggling to make ends meet, and this unnecessary delay has caused me considerable financial and emotional distress. I urge the hospital administration to look into this matter and provide me with a clear explanation for the delay.
I request that someone take responsibility for this situation and provide me with a suitable solution.
