I hope you are doing well. I am writing to inform you that my Easypaisa account has become dormant because it has not been used for a long time. For the last three days, I have been trying to contact the helpline, but I have not received any response.
Currently, I am also unable to receive the OTP required to log in to my account. Due to this issue, I cannot access or use my Easypaisa account.
