My parcel was lost by Leopards Courier

I sent urgent medicine for a 4 years old child who was in emergency from Lahore to Rawalpindi through Leopards Courier, dispatching it on January 29th. However, as of March 13th, it is still en route. Pathetic services by #leopardscourier The medicines have now expired. Illiterate individuals are working in their customer service department.
