MoneyGram Transfer Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Dear EasyPaisa Support Team,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a MoneyGram transfer that has been marked as "Delivered" but has not yet been received in my EasyPaisa account. It has been more than 5 days, and I am still unable to access the funds.
my account receiving limit is 50k but i sent money 50202.
