Money Fraud

I received a call from this number 0517080507 and then I instantly loss my 1950 rupee from my jazzcash account and one more thing is that the loss of 1950 rupee didn't show in my transaction history I received a call at 3:14 PM and now the time is 3:50 PM or I didn't receive any kind of message from jazzcash and after Thai 8 send 1250 rupee to my friend which is currently show in my transaction history while the other 1950 rupee is not show in my history so please help me to recover my loss of 1950 rupee my father send send me this money for my university fee which I have to submit before 5th of December so I shall be very grateful if you recover my loss
