I ordered some things from this makeup shop on 22nd March 2024. They said that I will get my parcel before Eid. I kept on texting them as eid was getting close. They always reply with ‘ soon ‘. Their delivery time is 10-12 days. I even paid in advance which was 3200. Eid aa gae i texted them again. They stopped replying me. Kaafi din baad reply kia ke ‘ your order is cancelled’. Mene refund ki demand ki. Hafte baad reply karte hein ke payment mil jayegi. Mai roz message krti hu koi reply nai kar raa constantly stories upload kar raye hein liken mera reply nai kar raye. Mene comment b kia about their reality mere comments b restrict kar diye. Its been a month now and they haven’t responded.
