Miss subscription of package

I buy a package from jazz cash account which is Monthly Video & social Extreme. It was donege that time and pkr 1300/- deducted from my jazz cash account and I also received a sms from 8558 for deduction of 1300/- pkr but their is no subscription sms received by destination number and their is no package subscribe. Please check it why package not subscribe and where is my 1300/- pkr?
