Misleading communicationa and deduction of payment

I received a call from a JazzCash representative who provided false information and pressured me to press “1,” claiming it was only to receive details about a health insurance offer. I clearly confirmed with the agent twice that no deduction would occur upon pressing “1.” However, shortly after following his instructions, an amount of Rs. 1,950 was deducted from my account, and a health package was subscribed without my consent or prior notification. This action was misleading and unauthorized. I request an immediate reversal of the deducted amount and the cancellation of this unauthorized subscription.
