misinformation

i sent a shirt to sialkot through leopards, when it reached the area it said theyre not within distance, even though the address i shipped it to was within 1km range, they said they called the person who i shipped it to 7 times in reality they didnt, i need call history if they did, they returned my package with no return of cash.
