Mishandling of Case

Guys beware of so called consultancy firm NC Soliciters located in lahore and Multan, they wrote my Statement of Purpose like a Montessori kid, and they didn't told me the college I'm applying for is not on their panel, upon confronting they blocked me and stop responding to my texts, now when they handled my case so poorly, now they want me to pay them 10,000 more or else threatening me that they won't get me the refund from the institution.
