Mattress replacement

I registered complain by service center my complain number is 117934 the team is come and check the mattress then I again call the service center he give me complain number and person who will be change this but the man said he don't received and alert continues follow up the team but no any response and also he give me address of landhi for replacement and I am living in Gulshan-e-iqbal so please help me in this if you don't do this kindly clear this asap
