I am writing this message to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the subpar service provided by Dura Foam, a company that specializes in mattresses. I feel compelled to share my negative experience in the hope that others can avoid similar frustrations.
Approximately six months ago, I made the decision to purchase a Dura Foam 6-inch mattress, which came with a seemingly impressive 19-year warranty. However, to my dismay, the mattress has completely deteriorated in terms of thickness. It has become virtually unusable.

I registered complain by service center my complain number is 117934 the team is come and check the mattress then I again call the service center he give me complain number and person who will be change this but the man said he don't received and alert continues follow up the team but no any response and also he give me address of landhi for replacement and I am living in Gulshan-e-iqbal so please help me in this if you don't do this kindly clear this asap
