Mascara Purchase

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made during your Ramadan sale. Among other items, I ordered a Mucin Mascara, which unfortunately arrived in a dry and unusable condition. At first I assumed that the mascara was simply not effective in adding volume to my lashes. However, after several attempts to use it, it became clear that the product was entirely dry and defective. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience, and I regret to say that the quality of the product is far below acceptable standards. So As a customer, I expected to receive a product that matched the description and quality promised during the sale. This has not been the case, and it feels like a
