Less Profit

It is to state that the daily saving profit was stopped since few days as I was sent an email regarding the related matter of non issuance of saving profit as I have already subscribed for Diamond Plan, but the less profit is given to me on the dates 02.05.2024 and 03.05.2024. And presently on 03-05-2024 I have an amount above than 06 Lac rupees in my wallet (Screenshot attached), but the less profit is given today also. Further I had an amount above than 05 Lac rupees in my wallet on dated 02.05.2024, but less profit is given to me. Moreover it is informed that the saving profit of dated 01.05.2024 is also not given to me, that is showing in pending (Screenshots of Saving Section Attached).
