LD Cloud Dollar Top up Scam

I have to top up dollars in my LD Cloud account. Ld cloud show payment method of Haipay, further haipay show an option of jazzcash or easypiasa. So i select an option of jazz cash and make a payment. After transaction my payment done but dollars are not top up my LD cloud account. Them i receive msg that amount send to Ecom Plant Private Limited. Now Haipay refused to say you payment from jazzcash not by our site.
