Jazz cash balance update issue

Today I want to make a transaction of 1200 pkr rupees but it shows up the error for 3 times and when I tried 4th time the transaction has been completed but when I refresh my account balance it has been deducted 4 times from my account please resolve my this issue ASAP and return my amount into my account.
