Irresponsible handling of Original Documents

I have received my Original PEC Certificate from Islamabad today. But i was shocked to see the condition of envelope it was look like a piece of garbage, those are my original documents and now they are bot look like the certificate, Pathetic service from M&P. As the envelope shows "Do not fold"

But the delivery boy handed over me the envelope with a smile on his face and showing me hi teets....wowwww
