International home remittance

My husband sent me money on March 22, 500 riyals, which is equivalent to 37,000 Pakistani rupees. I haven't received the money yet. I have spoken to customer care 20 to 25 times, but they haven't responded. I have also complained on Gmail and email. I have spoken to all the places and tried, but the money hasn't arrived yet.
