Insurance Plan Deactivate

Dear EasyPaisa Support Team,



I am writing to report an issue with my EasyPaisa account. An insurance plan has been activated on my account without my knowledge, and PKR 150 has been deducted from my account every month for more than a year.



I have tried to cancel this subscription several times but have not been successful. I kindly request you to please cancel this insurance plan immediately and stop any further deductions.



Additionally, I request you to review my account and refund the total amount that has been deducted for this insurance subscription.
