Incorrect Behaviour of staff

I was terribly mentally disturbed by the experience i had with Kababjees Pizza. the call center staff was working as per their routine but their SOP's should have been revisited.
I ordered something, got delivered something other in incorrect quantity and instead of showing empathetic behaviour by staff, they mishandled the situation and when i was being agitated, they just didn't care.
