Fund Transferred

Dear Concern,

My complaint no. 15072408501 was closed while funds have not been yet transferred to Beneficiary Account and for evidence Account Statement of Beneficiary attached from 01-Jul-2024 to 18-Jul-2024. So plz open my previously closed complaint or register new Complaint because funds not yet transferred.
