Froud isssue

I deal on crypto platform with Shafi Ullah_03189628945
Transaction.id36844458289 i sended dollars in okx and i got payment in pkr on easypaisa on 21th may time 11:36AM
After this transaction im faceing froud isssue i dont know anymore about him i just done simple deal with him and from that deal my account is faceing froud issue
So please easypaisa.com.pk team i kindly requesting to solve my problem to use easypaisa like before
